How to reserve a "Laughs On The Lawns" Greeting:
Call or email us with as much notice as possible. We will always try to accommodate last minute orders. If your first choice is not available, we may be able to offer another theme! Even if your special date seems far away, go ahead and reserve your selection now. Payment will not be due until time of event.
We will need the name of the recipient, their address and the best time to deliver (see delivery times on the "Abut Us" page) A description of the property where the lawn greeting will be delivered is also helpful. Please let us know if anyone will be home at the time of delivery. An emergency contact number for the purchaser is also important!
Cancellations/Refunds:
You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
A $20 cancellation fee will apply if canceled within 24 hours of delivery time.
If we are unable to deliver your lawn greeting due to extreme weather conditions (severe summer storms, extremely high winds), you will be offered an alternate date or full refund.
NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE FOR FOLLOWING REASONS:
1. The homeowner, security officer or business owner prevents set up of lawn greeting.
2. We are asked by homeowner, security officer or business owner to remove lawn greeting early.
3. We are given the wrong address and can't contact purchaser.
4. Access to a gated community is not granted.
5. No grassy areas available in front of yard.
